Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we request you to follow the steps below:
Notification:
Please send an email to lovly.co.ltd@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item. Include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photos showing the damage.
Verification:
Our customer service team will review your email and may request additional information or images to verify the damage.
Resolution:
Once the damage is verified, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item. We offer: (a) replacement dependant on availability, (b) exchange, or (c) store credit up to the value of goods, depending on the circumstances.
Returns Process:
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage, please follow these steps:
Initiate Return:
Send an email to lovly.co.ltd@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Clearly state the reason for the return and include your order number.
Approval:
Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions if the return is approved. Please note that not all returns may be accepted.
Return Shipping:
If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original condition and packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping cost will not be refunded.
Refund/Exchange:
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process a store credit or exchange as per your preference.
